Ceremony

The conservatory, which holds up to 50 people seated or up to 100 standing, is licensed for civil ceremonies. The Victorian Conservatory has flowering plants and shrubs and is situated in the rose garden. Drinks and canapés can be served on the lawn after the ceremony.

Reception

The reception is held in the Coach House, which will seat up to 60 guests. For larger weddings a marquee is attached to the Coach House to cater for up to 150 guests.

Accommodation:
We do have accommodation in complete privacy at Hopton Court itself in the 2nd Floor Apartment which sleeps 4 + 2. This self-contained Apartment has fabulous views reaching over parkland, pretty fields, an outstanding picturesque landscaped garden by Humphry Repton, with the Clee Hill in the distance.

There are a variety of good local hotels, inns and bed and breakfast rooms but, in particularly we recommend Cleeton Court, Cleeton St Mary (3 miles away), which has a bridal suite www.cleetoncourt.co.uk. The Clive at Bromfield, near Ludlow (about 8 miles), is also well worth considering. For other accommodation in the locality you may find it helpful to visit www.ludlow.org.uk

Music & Entertainment:
We offer a wide choice of entertainers including live bands, discotheques, jazz musicians, string quartet, harpist, guitarist, table-top magicians and children's entertainers. We also offer firework displays.

Location:
Hopton Court is situated in Hopton Wafers, just west of Cleobury Mortimer, between Kidderminster and Ludlow, and Bridgnorth is not far away, making Hopton an easy venue to reach from South Shropshire, Worcestershire and the Midlands.

Visits By Appointment Only:
Hopton Court is a private house and in order to avoid disappointment if there's no one in, it is essential to make an appointment before you visit.
